If you are new to Pilates, or transitioning from an injury, surgery, or a medical condition, we recommend that you start with one of our introductory packages of private lessons. You will work one-on-one with a Qualified Teacher who will address and challenge your personal, physical, and wellness goals.
Rotating on a weekly basis between Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac syllabi, these small group classes are designed for those students who require an intense physical conditioning program. Program design spans from beginning to intermediate and advanced and promotes the principles of breath, flowing motion, endurance, strength and of course- flexibility.
*Prerequisites for entering Equipment Trios include 10 private sessions and/or graduation from the Core Concepts Program.
Core Concepts: This Introductory Class is specially designed by the teacher to transition students into the Equipment Trio Classes. This temporary program still consists of classes exploring the Fletcher Pilates® work with the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Tower. A small group class with an emphasis on technique, participants will be lead through a series of foundational exercises to prepare for full participation in Equipment Trio classes.
